Reprofiling
The MiniProfBT wheel system is ideal for determining when and how much material needs to be removed during re-profiling before and after re-profiling the wheels. This results in precise re-profiling and improved rolling stock life due to the unsurpassed accuracy of the MiniProf system.
Fast measurement with schemes

* The diameter measurement of the MiniProf Wheel 400 is based
on the widely used Versine measurement principle and assumes an ideal wheel with no deformation and perfect surface conditions. Based on a 100 per cent perfect wheel, the MiniProf 400 offers a theoretical diameter accuracy that depends on the size of the wheel being measured (see the figures given above).
