stainless steel) from coarse to very fine fractions and removes them completely automatically and continuously. The magnetic roller is installed as a drive roller or end roller in an existing conveyor belt system and is a cost-effective magnetic metal separator. It is important to feed the material in a thin (and preferably single) layer via the conveyor belt to the magnetic conveyor belt roller. Magnetic belt rollers require virtually no maintenance, and because these magnets are integrated into an existing system, there are almost no additional operating and energy costs.   <\/p><p>For thicker layers, we recommend combining a magnetic belt roller with an overbelt magnetic separator. In this configuration, the lifting magnet pulls the steel parts out of the upper layer and the magnetic belt roller pulls them out of the lower layers of the mass flow.
