\u00b5STICK\u00ae<\/b> and \u00b5STICK\u00ae<\/b> TOR<\/b> are solid lubrication systems for wheels and rails. The lubricating stick, a dry lubricant embedded in a special polymer matrix<\/b>, is applied directly to the wheel. <\/p>

\u00b5STICK\u00ae<\/b> ensures extremely low friction values between the wheel flange and the running edge of the rail, thus dramatically reducing wear.<\/p>

\u00b5STICK\u00ae <\/b>TOR <\/b>ensures an optimum traction coefficient (“positive friction”) between the running surface of the wheel and the rail head, which increases with increasing slip. This guarantees optimum traction without noise and without the formation of slip waves. <\/p>
